Hi, dearest guest:

Please first review this company’s reservation information. Completing the reservation process is deemed as acceptance of this company’s stipulations.

Check-in:Sun.-Fri. is after 3:00 p.m.     Sat. and holiday are after 4:00 p.m.
Check-out:Weekdays and Holiday are before 11:00 a.m. 

Late check-out fee:
A fee of NT$350 per hour will be charged for Double/Twin Room , and NT$450 per hour for Quad/Family Room on weekdays.
A fee of NT$500 per hour will be charged for Double/Twin Room, and NT$550 per hour for Quad/Family Room  on holiday.

*Number of guests per room is based on the name of the booked room type. An additional NT$ 600 fee (does not include additional bed but includes breakfast and toiletries) will be charged per guest. Children under six years old are free.
Breakfast is provided in each room according to room type. If guests decline breakfast due to personal reasons, no refund.(Breakfast time is 6:30a.m.–9:30a.m.)

*If the reservation doesn't include breakfast, can be ordered on site NT$250 per/person.

*Each bed offers one duvet, one pillow will be given for each persons staying. If you'd like more, an additional fee will be charged:NT$100 per pillow / NT$200 per duvet.

*In order to guarantee your reservation, one payment of the total reservation cost in its entirely will be charged.  The only payment method accepted for foreign reservations is payment by credit card (international money transfers not accepted).  The only payment methods accepted for domestic reservations are NT$ in cash, credit card, ATM transfer, and wire transfer.

*According to the Tobacco Hazard Prevention Regulations, smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas. HOTEL HI is a non-smoking hotel, smoking areas are located beside main gate and side gate at the first floor. If you smoke in a non-smoking place, a cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged.

*Notice: No cooking is allowed in the room. The paper slippers provided in the room are slippery when wet, please pay attention to safety.

*Parking space: Follow the hotel arrangement. Each room has one parking space only. Cannot be reserved or specified. We just provide parking space but not assurance of your vehicle and personal belongings inside. ※Projects that no include parking spaces will not provide parking spaces.

*Lost & Found for items left behind in guestrooms:  Please contact the front desk with the date of your stay and room number to facilitate confirmation.  Items will be retained for  a week and then discarded.

*This company does not allow pets.  Your cooperation is appreciated.(Except for guide dogs)

*Guest room safety profile: All rooms have passed Fire Department safety inspections, Construction Bureau public safety inspection for buildings, possess 24 hour police connection system, and this company has installed a rigorous internal and external surveillance system.


♦Online Travel Agencies cancelling or changing reservations

If you are on a booking website or online booking platform (ex:agoda、booking.com、expedia…etc.), Please follow the booking policy on the platform.

If you need to change or cancel, please operate on the booking platform or call the platform's customer service hotline.


♦Provisions relevant to cancelling or changing reservations

Change check-in date

If guests change the check-in date please contact the customer service staff ten days before the check-in date (not including the day of check-in) , no additional service fee will be charged. The room rate is based on the changed check-in date. 

Each purchase order is limited to one change and the guest representative on the original purchase order cannot be changed.  Cancellation will not be accepted after a change of check-in date.  If the billing amount after the change is more than the total of the original purchase order, guests must remit the difference.

Provisions relevant to cancelling reservations

If the hotel or the guests’ point of origin is affected by a natural disaster (Act of God) such as inclusion in the warning area where a land typhoon warning is issued, or a major transportation interruption, which causes an inability to check-in as scheduled, please contact this hotel as soon as possible to change or cancel your reservation.  The billing amount will be refunded via wire transfer pending approval from this company.

In addition to a natural disaster on the day of check-in, guests can cancel room reservations after reservations and full payments have been made.  However, guests must bear the following cost:

*When guests cancel 14 days in advance of the check-in date, no cancellation fee will be charged.

*When guests cancel 10-13 days in advance of the check-in date, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 30% of the total billing amount.

*When guests cancel 7-9 days in advance of the check-in date, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 50% of the total billing amount.

*When guests cancel 4-6 days in advance of the check-in date, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 60% of the total billing amount.

*When guests cancel 2-3 days in advance of the check-in date, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 70% of the total billing amount.

*When guests cancel 1 day in advance of the check-in date, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 80% of the total billing amount.

*When guests cancel on the day of check-in, guests shall bear a cancellation fee of 100% of the total billing amount.  

 

This company reserves the right to change the above transaction provisions.
